Christmas gift for my father in law. He loved it

The miniature is bizarrely cool.

I bought this model a year ago and plan to use it down the road in my RPG so there wasn’t a real need to get it together in a hurry. It came in two bags stuffed full of bits and no instructions. This was part of the reason it sat around for so long. I started to put it together a few weeks ago and it’s been frustrating. Things fit together ok for a large scale model but what’s been built so far has required a lot of filling in and putty work. It’s slow and tedious and I find it’s hard to work on it for more than an hour or so per week. I’ve got the main body almost complete and filled in and will be moving to the legs soon, which I’m sure will be a nightmare. Overall, I think the model is unnecessarily difficult to assemble. I think some of the design choices, especially not giving the upper body a traditional set of arms, could have been made better. On the plus side, it’s huge and will represent the character I want (Loth) well. There are no other models out there I can find with the same size and demonic flavor. Would I recommend this model, probably not. Do I regret purchasing it? Yeah, probably I do. I’m sure I will get it finished one day.

Hello quelques petites modifications, j'ai supprimé les bras sous le corps, et j'ai ajouté les petits bras au torse. Le dosseret a été allégé et des cheveux seront ajoutés. Le but de étant de représenter une déesse araignée bien connue de D&D Par la suite j'expérimenterai le fait de coller un flocage via un applicateur électrostatique pour simuler une «araignée velue» comme pour les migales.

This is an awesome detailed model. I love the style of it. Unfortunately, I can´t give full score, because the assembling was really hard. Even with the assembly instruction I could not always figure out which part has to be built exactly.

bought this a couple of days ago, had a lot of fun building and painting it, went a bit ott with the gloss varnish. better and go and get some matt I think... The model is awesome would advise to buy well worth it!
