The holy blades were a challenge to paint, but I loved the outcome. Sidenote, when I made my order, between the holy blades and the admiral, it showed I qualified for a free miniature of a small guy carrying a dragon egg, but it never arrived.

Beautifully detailed models and an absolute joy to paint. Not too hard to put together after cleaning and washing the resin. I did pin some smaller parts to the torsos to keep them steady for the painting. Highly recommended.

The Holy Blades All-stars are a very dynamic group with a lot of character! They required very little clean up and the details are crisp and the resin has just the right amount of flex for durability in handling. The models are very light weight and some of the more dynamically posed (especially the Standard Bearer) will benefit from adding some weight to the base. I used a 1" (25mm) washer which makes them very stable at all angles of play. These will see service as warbands in Frostgrave, Mordheim, and Vanguard and also in a High Fantasy Role Playing Campaign. They are a great addition to the Raging Heroes catalog... and to mine as well!
