THE JAILBIRDS DIVISION (JB)
(We nicknamed them the Rambettes.) They were the ones that started it all. They are a bunch of low-life bad-ass big-attitude girls who all ended up in planetary prison held by the Kurganov government. In the game, they will be used as small penitentiary contingents led by the Kurganova Shock Troops, or as a full autonomous faction (because, as you can easily imagine, many of them have escaped captivity). They are commando-style units with nothing to lose, and they specialise in acquiring enemy equipment for their own purposes.
Had an issue with my order and they made it right immediately! Love the models and the options and will definitely buy from them again!
Talking of someone channelling Hewlett. . .
This is one of those mini's that has you alternating between squeeing over it, and wondering how you'd ever use it. Sadly, mine remains on the (overpopulated) 'unpainted' shelf. . .
Once again, RH has managed to produce a final sculpt that is an almost exact translation of the concept art, even down to the badges on his knapsack and someone's well-worn teddy-bear hastily shoved through a strap.
( - I'm looking at you, Blondie)
The casting itself is clean, with good definition, and only a few bubbles. Like Charlie and Jinx, Harry is supplied with his own 25mm base, but sculpted in a pose that makes sharing a base with another 'handler' mini a possibility - Pairing him up with Punky springs to mind. Harry is, however, unavoidably bulkier than the other two.
A final bit of food for thought; Hippo's are one of the most dangerous animals in Africa. And adult males are aggressively protective creatures capable of wrecking a 4x4. Maybe the jailbirds are making an investment in the future with Harry. . .
