Shipping Delays

As one Dakkadakka forum member kindly noted, the weather conditions have been really bad in Europe in the last few weeks. As a result, since our masters travel several time all around the world before final casting, we’ve unfortunately experienced some delays. And even now, our master caster is currently working with full heaters blasting, bringing up his workshop temperature to a high of … 4°C (that’s 40°F)!
In addition to that, as is often the case with a brand new business, there have been small missteps here and there in the production workflow, that resulted in small delays to make the necessary fixes.

This means that although we had planned to start shipping Monday January 11, and have grown more desperate trying to hold to that deadline as days went by, it’s time to look at the cold hard facts head on: we’ll only be able to start shipping the 28 mm minis in two weeks, in the week beginning January 25. The 54 mm minis may require an additional week after that before shipping can begin.

We did not come forward earlier about this because, ever optimistic, we were hoping to fulfil our orders on time, and then, things got a bit too hectic … But there comes a time when sleep deprivation is no longer a solution…
Rest assured that we are doing everything we can to ship as early as we can, and that we are deeply sorry and embarrassed for not being able to honour our original ship date.

Thank you again for your patience and your support… and check back here regularly… there’s new stuff in the pipelines…
