Why 2 days only? Why limited quantities?

We are trying something new. It is a test: we need to keep the parameters very contained. For this first drop we need to test our pipeline on a VERY SMALL production. We want to make sure that we got all the parameters right. The only way to do this is by working on small quantities in a very limited time. Once again, keep in mind that this is only a test.
