AWC Update #23 - File Issues

Over the weekend we received questions in our Facebook Group that made us aware of a few unexpected issues.

These were; some files not opening correctly after download, and the file structure our sculptors put in place was missing.

We believe both of these issues occurred when the MMF crew uploaded the files and we are working with their team now to address this.

When resolved all files will open correctly and the download will come with a nicely organised structure (because nothing says “holiday spirit” like a nicely organised filing system… or that may just be my mild OCD showing).

Bear with us as we seek to address this and as always, the best way to stay up to date with the campaign is through updates here on our website, and through the Facebook Group .

The spreadsheet will be checked daily by our sculpting team so they can address any problems.
