• I love the concepts, both are really beautiful.

  But I think it is a bit skinny. They don’t look menacing enough. You could add a bit more flame, and make the claws a bit tougher looking (they look now like they would snap if hit by something). I’m imagining something like eagle claws because we are playing a war game, so I think it should look a bit tougher and more dangerous.

  Love the wings and peacock feathers design, it gives the phoenix the elegance and beauty. On the upper concept the wings are bent upwards and it looks like he’s dancing. Maybe you could make them bent down instead like he’s trying to shoot flames from them on an enemy. Or another possibility is that you make them spread apart to show the whole wing span and make this mini more grandiose.

  I like the him standing on his tail (as it is said by other people, it is a good way to let him fly without an ugly flybase), but I would put the tail feathers behind or on the side, not in front like in the concept, because when he attacks we don’t want the tail in the way.

  The swan neck in beautiful and elegant and I love it, but I always imagined a phoenix with an eagle like head, like in one of your earlier concepts where you show different heads, so I can’t decide which head I like best. Can I have both? :)

  All in all, a beautiful design, and sorry if I sounded a bit (a lot) demanding in my comments.

• I prefer the head and wing design of the top version, the wings of the bottom one just seem too small. However, I dislike the sitting on the tail aspect a lot. Hence I’d choose the bottom for myself.

  But the upper one looks a way better.
  Standing on his tail is a good way to let him fly without an ugly flybase,like the birds and bats of gw-.-
  I´ll buy him for sure;)
  Hope the cockatrice is as much impressive as the phoenix,maybe with a tail of snakes(with open yaps) and an evil looking head^^
  Can´t wait to get him,this one is epic;)

• Whimper….. they’re both so beautiful, I wish I could have them both. Reminds me of images from very old fairytales. If I really had to choose one, which is really hard, I think the first design makes a more dynamic image and impressive miniature rising up from it’s sweeping tail.

  The head on #2 has great flames, do like the peacock feathers on #1 though.. argh, so hard. I’m stuck this time, any chance you’d offer both heads?
